Are you looking for the right environment for a creative and inspiring meeting day in Oslo that turns good ideas into future success? The guest rooms offer rooms for courses, meetings and conferences for groups of between 20 - 120 participants. The meeting rooms are located on beautiful green Bygdøy, about 3 km from the center of Oslo, and are part of the Norwegian Folk Museum. In beautiful surroundings, we focus on comfort and good solutions in bright and airy rooms with a fantastic kitchen.

For groups of between 20 and 40 participants, we offer rental of the meeting rooms Folkestuen and Østerdalsstua. For larger groups of up to 130 participants, the entire building with the plenary hall on the second floor can be rented. We can set up the meeting rooms as a cinema room setup, classroom, horseshoe and small tables.

We have two meeting rooms with projector, sound and screen and three rooms that are used for group work, lunch and coffee breaks. For small groups it is possible to rent just a single meeting room. We have a 65 inch meeting screen in the Community Centre.

There is a ceiling-mounted screen and projector as well as Bose speakers in the Festsalen and Folkestuen. We have a boom microphone and a handheld microphone in the Festsalen.

The kitchen at Gjestestuene is run by TG Selskapsmat. Fruit and coffee are served upon arrival, optional cold or hot food with drinks for lunch, and coffee with a piece of cake for the afternoon break. Meeting packages cost 595 NOK per person, and the meeting day can last from 0800 -1600. If you want an extension with dinner and socializing after the meeting day, the kitchen offers good and varied discounted dinners.

In winter, we light the open fireplaces in the Guest Rooms to create extra coziness for the gathering.
