IBSEN Museum & Theatre offers conference and meeting facilities in central Oslo. We have both a hall and meeting rooms, and together with you we tailor your event, whether it is a conference, breakfast meeting, film screening, book launch or team building. With us, anything is possible!


With us you get state-of-the-art premises in a historic building with a magnificent view of the Royal Palace. Add a tour of Henrik Ibsen's apartment, and you have an event your employees or customers will remember for a long time.

The BNCC was delighted to host a National Theatre Live screening of King Lear at the IBSEN Museum & Teater. We had fantastic support from the team at IBSEN and our members thoroughly enjoyed the theatre and the tour of IBSEN's apartment beforehand. We highly recommend this very special venue!

The theater hall, which can be used as an auditorium or sitting in groups on a flat floor, as in our case, worked very well!


Even though the museum was open to others, we felt like we had the house to ourselves, thanks to good dialogue during the planning process.


Both the department management and several of the colleagues expressed that IBSEN Museum & Theatre was a good choice, including the choice of food supplier - and for the opportunity to experience Ibsen's apartment as a conclusion to the seminar.

Keiron has used the Ibsen Museum to hold courses and seminars for many years. It is a unique venue, centrally located in Oslo, that oozes Ibsen and Norwegian culture. And they have a superb staff that overflows with service, friendliness and knowledge!
