Located within Wergeland’s House, the auditorium is a spacious venue fully equipped with modern projectors, as well as high-specification sound and microphone systems. The room features a permanent lectern and a stage area, making it an ideal setting for panel debates, live performances, and presentations.
The auditorium is conveniently situated alongside Café Standpunkt, the museum shop, and our Democracy Centre, which houses the notable Eidsvoll Gallery. High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, complimentary for all guests.

How do I order?
Step 1:
- Contact us for bookings of premises

- Agree on what kind of catering is desired
Step 3:
- Once the venue and food & drinks have been booked, you can relax and start with the guest list.
Booking of premises
The premises are rented out for half or full days and a minimum of three hours of rental after opening hours.
Packages
When booking day packages, rental is included in the prices. Please ask us for a quote.
Transportation and parking
Easy access by train, bus and car: Train from Oslo takes 30 minutes to Eidsvoll Verk st, from there there is a bus to the museum or you can walk in 15-20 minutes. From Gardermoen the train takes 5 minutes.
We also have free parking right next to the museum.
Guided tour
Our regular tours take 45 minutes, but can be adjusted to your desired time.
All tours and information must be provided under the auspices of Eidsvoll 1814.
Other
- There is no opportunity to rent or use the Eidsvoll Building as part of your own event.
