Do you want to arrange your wedding party in unique surroundings by the sea? Then Bygdøynes is the place for you. Let our beautiful banquet hall Røylen set the scene for your wedding party! Røylen is located on the roof of the museum and boasts one of Oslo's best fjord views.

We start with an aperitif upon arrival in the Triton venue, which has its own terrace with a lovely sea view. Then the guests go up to Røylen where dinner is served. Our skilled head waiter keeps track of the schedule in collaboration with the toastmaster, so that everything goes according to plan!

The party usually starts with a reception and mingling in Triton and the veranda downstairs, before everyone goes upstairs for dinner in Røylen. After a lovely dinner from FoodOccasion, everyone goes down to Triton for a stretch, coffee and cake, while Røylen is set up for dancing.

We have a sound box available, which is included in the price. Many people also choose to hire their own DJ, we have a collaboration with dj.no who have been with us several times, they have their own DJs with all the equipment.

The rental price for weddings in 2026 will be from 20,900,- this covers washing, rigging, cleanup, white damask napkins, white damask tablecloths, etc.

All of our catering comes through our partner FoodOccasion, and the prices for a wedding package are just under 2000,- per person. Prices vary somewhat depending on the choice of menu and drink.
